The 7IX has all of the features and technology advertised in the IX as well as 3 Focus Streams which isolate and track speech independently and a high level Conversation Booster.
The 7IX also comes with 48 processing channels, its own voice processing, an extended bandwidth and dynamic range to provide a better sound clarity and noise management to reduce listening effort.
The 7IX has 3 preset programs including enhancing non-streamed music, Auto EchoShield to work in environments where echoes are more likely and eWindScreen for outdoors.
Signia Integrated Xperience 5IX

The 5IX has many of the same features as the 7IX, though it does have less processing channels with only 36.
As well as this the 5IX still has extended dynamic range, feedback cancellation and SoundSmoothing which offers comfort in rooms with louder sounds such as crockery and glassware being handled.
You still benefit from 3 HD music presets for listening to non streamed music and 6 hearing programs.

With 32 processing channels, the same number of hearing programs as both the 7IX and 5IX version and the preset programs for HD music the 3IX is still a great hearing aid.
You do miss out on a few features such as the extended bandwidth, Auto EchoShield and Speechfocus giving you less performance on speech clarity than the 5IX.

The Charge&Go T IX is a rechargeable hearing aid that comes with a T-Coil Kit for improving hearing in public. It features a rocker switch for changing volume and programs.
How It Works
The latest range from Signia, the Integrated Xperience, uses their new RealTime Conversation Enhancement to provide uninterrupted support to enhance the speech of all people in conversation with the user. It uses Conversation Source Analyser to track the acoustic environment and analyse the location and number of speakers.
To help hear speech in any environment there are motion sensors to detect whether you are walking, running or sitting so it can correctly optimise to your environment. Surrounding Stream also processes sounds in your environment to preserve awareness without disrupting speech.
The Augmented Focus we first saw in the AX separates speech from other sounds in the environment. Own Voice Processing recognises the users voice to distinguish it from other speakers in a conversation.
Tinnitus can also be aided with these aids. The Hearing Aids has the Signia Notch therapy which is effective against tonal tinnitus whilst the Tinnitus Noise Therapy Manager can programmed to provide therapy signals to help combat the discomfort of tinnitus.
Accessories
The Streamline TV feeding the audio from your television to your hearing aids.
StreamLine Mic provides hands free audio with your Bluetooth device for use during calls and streaming music. It also works as a microphone.
The Integrated Xperience range is made for iPhone use without any additional accessory support.
Aftercare
Richmond Hearing provides free aftercare for the life of the Hearing Aids
You can make appointments to be seen in our clinics, or home visits can be arranged if required. The TeleCare app also allows for Remote Care. This enables us to programme the Hearing Aid from anywhere in the world by way of a virtual appointment.
