The Dynamic features on the Leox 3 are a lower level than that of the Leox 7. This includes a basic level of noise management and reduction and amplification as well as a low focus on directionality.

Leox SP
A wireless hearing aid powered with a 13 battery. Offers 143 dB output.
Leox UP
Slightly larger. Offers the most gain giving an industry leading 146 dB output. Powered by 675 battery
How It Works
Bernafon’s Leox is the first Super Power/Ultra Power hearing aid for severe and profound hearing losses that comes with True Environment Processing. This means the Hearing Aids deliver fast sound detection and processing, giving you real-time information with the sound.
The Leox hearing aids come with the latest DECS (Dynamic Environment Control System) technology that is also used in their Viron range. DECS is the core technology behind True Environment Processing. Integrated on a remarkably powerful microchip, DECS uses a combination of dynamic features to ensure real-time amplification and speech recognition in challenging listening situations. These features consist of the following;
Dynamic Noise Management system to remove noise
Dynamic Amplification Control to measure the speech in noise ratio in your environment
Dynamic Speech Processing to amplify the signal
Dynamic Feedback Canceller monitoring feedback and sending signals to remove the sounds before they reach you.
Tinnitus “SoundSupport” comes in each of the Leox Hearing Aids to provide relief from Tinnitus.
The Leox enables you to stream sounds from your smartphone and other devices seamlessly.
The Bernafon Leox range enters the market with two different styles, the Super Power and Ultra Power. Each one of those is available on three performance levels, to support your own requirements.
Accessories
SoundClip-A – The all-rounder for hands-free phone conversations from iPhone® and modern smartphones. It improves communication at a distance and in very noisy environments. You can also use it to change volume and pick up phone calls.
TV-A – This TV box streams the sound from the TV directly to Viron hearing instruments in Dolby Digital Stereo sound quality.
RC-A – The RC-A remote control communicates with Viron hearing instruments using wireless technology and allows for discreet volume and program changes.
EasyControl-A app for mobile phones. The app can be used to regulate volume, change program settings, monitor your battery level and use the helpful “Find my hearing instrument” function.
Aftercare
Richmond Hearing provides free aftercare for the life of the Hearing Aids.
You can make appointments to be seen in our clinics, or home visits can be arranged if required.
Purchases of replacement Batteries, Wax Guards, Domes and Sports Locks for your Hearing Aids are available from Richmond Hearing.
