How It Works
The Widex Evoke is a Hearing Aid that evolves, the more you use it, the more you gain from it. As you use these Hearing Aids they learn from the soundscape you are in and remembers your personal preferences. These smart Hearing Aids mean you spend less time adjusting the settings and more time to enjoy an active social life.
Widex uses the anonymous data they collect from your soundscape to better understand your experiences, learning the difference between classical and pop music, or how a meeting sounds different to a party. The Hearing Aid technology goes beyond hearing a louder environment to understanding the exact environment it is being used in.
Not only this but as the environment around you changes the ‘Fluid Sound Analyzer’ picks up on those changes to ensure that it adapts and keeps up with your lifestyle. Allowing you to hear what is most important to you, regardless of your soundscape.
Use the Evoke App to choose your listening preferences, the ‘SoundSense Learn’ gives you sound profiles to choose from and because of the ‘SoundSense Adapt’ technology it remembers the changes you make and recalls them when it recognises similar environments.
The Hearing Aids offer easy connectivity, either direct to your iPhone or iPad, or through one of the compatible DEX accessories with an android device.
Accessories
The Evoke Hearing Aids can be controlled via an app on either your Android or Apple device. You can use the app to control the volume, reset sounds, save personal programs and more.
Widex Evoke is compatible with DEX accessories, a range of accessories that make connecting to other devices possible. DEX accessories consist of;

UNI-DEX connects to all devices with a 3.5 mm jack output to stream direct to your Evoke Hearing Aids and has a built-in microphone for hands-free calls
Aftercare
Richmond Hearing provides free aftercare for the life of the Hearing Aids
The Widex app allows for Remote Care. This enables us to programme the Hearing Aid from anywhere in the world by way of a virtual appointment.
You can make appointments to be seen in our clinics, or home visits can be arranged if required.
Purchases of replacement Batteries, Wax Guards, Domes and Sports Locks for your Hearing Aids are available from Richmond Hearing.
