How It Works
The Enzo Q is ReSound’s newest PremiumPlus hearing aid for severe-to-profound hearing loss. It offers a complete hearing solution that provides high-quality sound from any direction.
Enzo Q operates on their most powerful chip platform yet. Providing advanced sound processing to offer a clear and more comfortable sound. Sound clarity is important for people with severe-to-profound hearing loss.
‘Sound Shaper’ compresses frequencies to help you hear higher sound frequencies that may be outside of your usual range of hearing. Whilst ‘Binaural Directionality III’ gives you a realistic sound experience. It provides you with access to all the sounds around you so that whilst you may be speaking to a friend, you won’t be cut off from the rest of your environment.
Enzo Q also manages the sounds that are amplified to ensure that you hear what is more important to you. The ‘Environmental Optimiser II’ automatically adjusts volume, and ‘NoiseTracker II’ adjusts noise reduction settings. ‘Impulse Noise
Reduction’ takes the edge off sudden or loud sounds. All these technologies ensure that you are provided with the right environment for your brain to perform in.
Accessories
The ReSound Smart 3D App offers you the option to adjust your volume, noise and wind noise settings as well as speech focus from your phone. You can Geotag your settings on their App, meaning you can save those exact settings to use each time you are in that environment. The App also provides access to Tinnitus Relief so you can adjust the sounds and volume to provide the best relief.
The Enzo Q is available in styles that are made for direct connectivity to both Android and iPhone devices.
If you do not have a compatible device the ReSound Phone Clip+ will allow you to connect your device to your phone.
ReSound Multi Mic offers a small solution which allows you to hear up to 25m away. When placed on a table the Multi Mic can pick up the voices of multiple speakers allowing you to hear what everyone has to say, The Multi Mic also has a mini-jack input for streaming from any device with a headphones output and connects to FM systems with an additional receiver.
Micro Mic for a smaller, more discreet mic option without the extra features of the Multi Mic.
To make the most of watching your favourite programmes the TV Streamer 2 will allow you to enjoy the sound quality directly to your ears.
Aftercare

The ReSound app allows for Remote Care. This enables us to programme the Hearing Aid from anywhere in the world by way of a virtual appointment.
You can make appointments to be seen in our clinics, or home visits can be arranged if required.
Purchases of replacement Batteries, Wax Guards, Domes and Sports Locks for your Hearing Aids are available from Richmond Hearing.
