The ONE demonstrated the first ReSound to have a microphone in the ear, making use of the natural shape of your ear to create a natural and unique sound for you. Most Behind The Ear devices use sounds collected from outside the ear and then work to create a natural sound for the user. This leads to distorted and incomplete. All Access Directionality automatically adjusts directional microphone patterns to put you in the best position to hear what’s important and still monitor the sounds around you. Whilst Ultra Focus uses a directional pattern to focus on the person in front of you even in busy environment.

ReSound have released this new range as  part of its ‘essential’ range. Featuring less tech and features than the Enzo, Quattro or One the Key is aimed at users who have less severe hearing loss. It works to offer an individualised hearing experience for users based on their proven and premium hearing technology and Organic Hearing philosophy. The main thought behind the Key is to offer a wider range of hearing loss sufferers access to hearing aid devices that can support them. ReSound have created the range with it in mind that they want to create hearing aids that support and work around your life. Natural Directionality II supports better listening in noise by enabling both ears to work together. It offers you a focused response in one ear while enabling them to monitor the environment with the other. You can also benefit from multiple features that use the power of binaural hearing and natural sound quality. The NoiseTracker II reduces background noise for easier listening whilst the DFS Ultra II adapts to changing environments to prevent feedback and maintain appropriate gain.This range features rechargable styles, is Bluetooth compatible, with direct streaming to Apple of Anroid devices and allows for Remote Hearing Care so is still suitable for those looking for some modern features.

ReSound LiNX Quattro 9

At the heart of the Quattro is a platform that boosts your sound quality by being faster, offering more memory capacity and using the potential of the microphones to give you access to a fuller range of sounds. The Resound LiNX Quattro range consists of a range of technologies which work together to give you an exceptional sound quality wherever you are. 

The Quattro uses  Binaural Directionality III which gives you access to sounds in front of you, to your sides and to the back of you. This works alongside a Binaural Environmental Optimiser II and an Environmental Classifier which analyses those sounds, detecting your environment with speed and precision and automatically adjusting your settings to reduce noise and configure your microphones to give you access to the sounds that matter to you. Overall these will give you a  clearer, more natural and balanced sound. 

The Quattro also uses a higher dynamic range and extended bandwidth. With a high dynamic range, softer sounds are made more audible, whilst loud sounds are free of distortion. Whilst the extended frequency bandwidth means that sounds are fuller and more balanced across the frequency. This means you can enjoy better voice quality, speech understanding and speech recognition.

The Quattro 9 offers the most support of the three LiNX Quattro performance levels, including noise tracker and noise reduction to help your understanding of speech, extended frequency bandwidth and processing channels for a fuller sound experience.

Behind The Ear Styles

All these BTE styles come with iPhone connectivity direct.
The four larger styles come with telecoil fitted and the BTE 77 and 88 come with Direct Audio Input. 

ReSound LiNX 3D

Hearing Aids that adapt to you, that is the mission ReSound has set out to conquer with the LiNX 3D. With both Hearing Aids constantly exchanging data about your soundscape and optimising their settings to perform best in that environment. Using smart technology ReSound have also used a sound processing that means they not only recognise a voice and know how to focus on it, but the way in which the sound is processed emulates the performance of your own ear to give you a clearer sound. 

The ReSound LiNX 3D uses ‘Surround Sound’ to offer you vibrant and superior sound quality. With ‘Spatial Sense’ technology also giving you a clear and natural sense of where the sounds are around you. ‘Binaural Directionality III’ will then make sure that you focus on the the sound most important to you without being cut off from the rest of your surroundings.

The LiNX 3D uses programmeable tinnitus therapy sounds as well as natural sounds. Thus providing relief to the distorted sounds that Hearing Aid users may suffer.
