Signia Cros IX
Signia’s Contralateral Routing Of Signal, or CROS, is for those who suffer from single sided deafness. The CROS system works by using a transmitter in the ear with loss to pick up the sounds from that side and sending them wirelessly to a receiver in your other ear. The BiCROS works similarly whilst also providing support for loss you may be suffering in the ear with the receiver.
Available in different styles; the CROS Pure IX, CROS Silk IX. The CROS offers the Integrated Xperience technology and allows for calls or music to be streamed to your hearing aids with Bluetooth connectivity. The aids are both Charge&Go and operate on a rechargeable battery, even the Silk IX which is an ITE invisible hearing aid. The CROS uses click domes like the Silk IX for an instant fit and works alongside the Signia App and miniPocket.

Signia’s Active is designed to look like modern hearing aids and be more appealing to active hearing aid users. This works on the Xperience platform, featuring more technology to help detect and support your hearing in the environment you’re in. This is technology which uses acoustic sensors to detect and provide you with the best support for your environment.
The Active Pro is ready to go, without you needing to wait for custom made housing. This works by using silicone sleeves that are available in different sizes, which simply click onto your hearing aids and sit securely in the ear.
The Active Pro works on the Xperience platform and offers YourSound Technology at the same level as the 7X. 48 channels and available for telecare. Tinnitus Support, Dynamic Soundscape Processing. Echoshield and eWindScreen. Extended bandwidth to offer more support for high frequency noises and speech. The Active is designed to fit straight away with no need for customs
Signia Augmented Xperience

The AX is available as an Insio, custom hearing aids to offer a smaller design with phone connectivity, contactless charging and all day comfort. Available as an ITC or ITE.
It is also available in the Styletto, the first SLIM-RIC the Styletto fuses style and function. This style is rechargeable and has Bluetooth connectivity.
As well as being available in the popular Pure, as both a 312 battery, Charge&Go and Charge&Go T (with Telecoil). It features a rocker switch for changing volume and programs.
The Augmented Xperience, features their revolutionary new Augmented Focus technology and 3D acoustic motion sensors so that they easily adapt to your ever-changing soundscape. The sensors work by calculating the real-time sounds as well as your own movements. This technology works well for active people.
The Augmented Focus tecnoogy splits background noise and speech, processes them separately and redelivers them to you in a way that allows you to hear speech clearly whilst still having access to important details in your setting.
Tinnitus can also be aided with these aids. The Hearing Aids are able to be programmed to provide therapy signals to help combat the discomfort of tinnitus.
Signia Augmented Xperienceare available as rechargeable Hearing Aids and take around 3-4 hours to reach a full days worth of charge. If you are in a hurry, just a 30 minutes charge should keep you going for up to six hours. The rechargeable option costs an extra £150 per Hearing Aid.

A multi channelled hearing aid with acoustic and motion sensors to allow for a more natural sound in different soundscapes.
The 7AX also comes with its own voice processing, an extended bandwidth and dynamic range to provide a better sound clarity and noise management to reduce listening effort.
The 7AX has preset programs including enhancing non-streamed music, EchoShield to work in environments where echoes are more likely and eWindScreen for outdoors.
