The Phonak Marvel is the top end of the range featuring more support and technology.

The M90 comes with a greater number of environmental settings that it can automatically switch between to aid your ability to hear in different situations, including in the car, or noisy environments.

The M90 has Bluetooth and provides easy access to your Android, iOS or other Bluetooth enabled devices.

Phonak Marvel M70

The M70 has a selection of 16 programmed channels and 6 environment options that it can switch between, giving you a higher quality listening experience.

Using the same three programs from you to manually select from as all of the Marvel Audéo range.

Also features Bluetooth and provides easy access to your Android, iOS or other Bluetooth enabled devices.

Phonak Marvel M50

12 channels and 5 background settings that it switches between to give you the best sound for your environment.

The M50 has a lower level of noise reduction so if you struggle with background noises then the hearing aid may not be the most suitable in that area.

Hosts similar technology to the M30 but does offer more channels and a ‘real ear’ sound quality.

The M30 is a lower end hearing aid, which is suitable for those who may just use their hearing aids for tasks such as one-to-one conversations or watching TV.

Styles

The Phonak Marvel is available in the following BTE styles;

Audéo M-312

The Audéo M-312 model comes with a 312 battery.

Audéo M-312 T

The Audéo M-312 with a built in telecoil to ease hearing in public settings.

Audéo M-13 T

This model uses a larger battery, and is larger in size to accommodate that. This model also uses a telecoil to improve your ability to focus your hearing in public settings.

Audéo M-R

The Audéo M-R is a rechargeable option, which is a positive, but again it is a little larger and does not have a telecoil.

Audéo M-RT

Similar to the Audéo M-R but comes with the added telecoil to improve your hearing in public settings.

Rechargeable

The Marvel range does offer both battery and rechargeable options. The rechargeable options do come with a charging case that automatically switches on when they are placed in and switches back off when they are taken out

The rechargeable versions are available for an extra £150 per Hearing Aid.

How It Works

The Marvel platform is based on a range of technologies working together to provide you with a better sound quality. These technologies recognise and adapt to a wider range of listening environments to ensure that you get a clearer and richer sound experience.

The Marvel technology works by linking the two hearing aids, giving you the benefit of hearing speech in both ears, making the sounds in your environment more accessible to you.

Phonak Marvel hearing aids stream in real-time between both hearing aids. This improves your experience including your ability to understand speech in loud noise, gives you a truer 360 sound experience and speech understanding. This also reduces the amount of effort your brain needs to use to be able to listen.

Marvel can connect directly to either your iOS, Android or Bluetooth enabled phones to stream high quality audio. This means calls, music and audiobooks are more accessible to you than ever. To aid with taking calls the Marvel has a built-in microphone that picks up your voice and gives you a ‘hands free’ experience.

All of the Marvel Audéo hearing aids feature Roger technology, designed by Phonak to stream directly to Marvel hearing aids. Roger technology continuously measures and analyses noise levels to keep the signal clear over background noise.

The Phonak Marvel is available in four performance levels ranging from a premium level to an essential level, offering you more options based on your needs.

Accessories

The Phonak Marvel comes with a built-in connectivity to Bluetooth devices and does not need any additional equipment to connect to your Android or iPhone device.

To connect to your television you would need to use a Phonak TV Connector which would allow you to stream the sound from your TV directly to your Hearing Aids.
With its ‘Air Stream‘ technology it delivers top rated sound quality streaming from any TV and audio system. The Connector can also simultaneously stream audio signals up to 15 meters to an unlimited amount of connected hearing aids. It has a simple plug and play interface to TV’s and audio sources with Bluetooth.

Remote Control featuring three large buttons for simple handling and maximum convenience. The Remote controls volume and Hearing Aid Programme changes.

The myPhonak App enables you to adjust your hearing aids from your smartphone if it supports Bluetooth. It also gives you a low Battery notification so you don’t have to worry about an unexpected disruption to your hearing.

Roger microphones have been developed to reduce background noise and transmit the speaker’s voice directly to hearing aids or cochlear implant sound processor.

Aftercare

Richmond Hearing provides free aftercare for the life of the Hearing Aids

The Phonak Marvel app allows for Remote Care. This enables us to programme the Hearing Aid from anywhere in the world by way of a virtual appointment.

You can make appointments to be seen in our clinics, or home visits can be arranged if required.

Purchases of replacement Batteries, Wax Guards, Domes and Sports Locks for your Hearing Aids are available from Richmond Hearing.
