Customs and ITE models
Offering discretion and low visibility the ReSound Quattro is available in an array of In The Ear styles. They offer the option to add a telecoil creating a better experience when in public.
Wireless connectivity for easy access to programs and volume on your phone.
All battery powered rather than rechargeable.
Behind The Ear models
All these BTE styles come with Android and iPhone connectivity direct.
They have larger batteries than the ITE styles and there is the option of a rechargeable with the RIE 61 model.
The four larger styles come with telecoil fitted and the BTE 77 and 88 come with Direct Audio Input.
How It Works
At the heart of the Quattro is a platform that boosts your sound quality by being faster, offering more memory capacity and using the potential of the microphones to give you access to a fuller range of sounds. The Resound LiNX Quattro range consists of a range of technologies which work together to give you an exceptional sound quality wherever you are.
The Quattro uses Binaural Directionality III which gives you access to sounds in front of you, to your sides and to the back of you. This works alongside a Binaural Environmental Optimiser II and an Environmental Classifier which analyses those sounds, detecting your environment with speed and precision and automatically adjusting your settings to reduce noise and configure your microphones to give you access to the sounds that matter to you. Overall these will give you a clearer, more natural and balanced sound.
The Quattro also uses a higher dynamic range and extended bandwidth. With a high dynamic range, softer sounds are made more audible, whilst loud sounds are free of distortion. Whilst the extended frequency bandwidth means that sounds are fuller and more balanced across the frequency. This means you can enjoy better voice quality, speech understanding and speech recognition.
Accessories
The ReSound Smart 3D App offers you the option to adjust your volume, noise and wind noise settings as well as speech focus from your phone. You can also Geotag your settings on their App, meaning you can save those exact settings to use each time you are in that environment.
The Quattro is available in styles that are made for direct connectivity to both Android and iPhone devices.
If you do not have a compatible device the ReSound Phone Clip+ will allow you to connect your device to your phone.
The ReSound Multi Mic offers a small solution which allows you to hear up to 25m away. When placed on a table the Multi Mic can pick up the voices of multiple speakers allowing you to hear what everyone has to say, The Multi Mic also has a mini-jack input for streaming from any device with a headphones output and connects to FM systems with an additional receiver.
Micro Mic for a smaller, more discreet mic option without the extra features of the Multi Mic.
To make the most of watching your favourite programmes the TV Streamer 2 will allow you to enjoy the sound quality directly to your ears.
Aftercare
Richmond Hearing provides free aftercare for the life of the Hearing Aids
The ReSound app allows for Remote Care. This enables us to programme the Hearing Aid from anywhere in the world by way of a virtual appointment.
You can make appointments to be seen in our clinics, or home visits can be arranged if required.
Purchases of replacement Batteries, Wax Guards, Domes and Sports Locks for your Hearing Aids are available from Richmond Hearing.
