The Unitron Discover is available in the Moxi Jump R, a rechargeable model. On average a charge will provide the user with around 16 hours of wear time.
The rechargeable versions are available for £150 per Hearing Aid.
How It Works
The Unitron Discover uses the Unitron ‘Flex’ system, separating the internal hardware from the technology level. This means that as you ear your Hearing Aids if it becomes apparent that a different technology level would be more suited for you, your audiologist can upgrade your system for you, at just the price for the upgrade. This saves you having to pay for new Hearing Aids as your hearing may deteriorate further over time.
The SoundNav 3.0 system operating within the Discover range shows improvement since the 2.0. The ‘SoundCore’ combines ‘SpeechPro’ with ‘Spatial Awareness’ to further your ability to both understand speech but also where it is coming from. This offers you important information about your environment but also means that your Hearing Aids can select the appropriate setting for the soundscape, saving you a job.
The Discover is compatible with all Bluetooth, Android and iPhone devices, allowing for easy connectivity.
Accessories
The Discover is compatible with an array of accessories to allow you to experience sound from many sources.
The TV Connector allows you to stream your programmes directly to your Hearing Aids, offering a high standard of sound to enjoy your TV favourites with.
Unitron’s UStream offers discreet connectivity to wireless devices, like mobile phones, TVs and Bluetooth MP3 players.
UDirect 3 is a sleek, hands-free accessory to let you enjoy direct connections to communication and entertainment devices, like mobile phones, TVs, FM receivers and MP3 players, with stereo sound and long battery life.
The UMic is a personal wireless microphone system lets patients hear their companions more easily in challenging listening environments.
Remote Control 2 allows you to easily change settings at a touch of a button.
Aftercare
Richmond Hearing provides free aftercare for the life of the Hearing Aids
You can make appointments to be seen in our clinics, or home visits can be arranged if required.
Purchases of replacement Batteries, Wax Guards, Domes and Sports Locks for your Hearing Aids are available from Richmond Hearing.
